Our Services include: Concrete Washout Rentals, Standard VIP, ADA and Full Service Restrooms, 24-hour Dispatch, Event, Water System Construction, Portable Hand Washing Stations, Trailer Mounted Shades, Septic Tank Pumping, Large-Scale Septic Pumping: 5,000 Gallons per load, Portable Water Hauling, Site Maintenance and Trailer-Mounted Portable Restrooms; single, double & triple.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

The general manager will supervise and manage technician/driver staff members to achieve and maintain effective, efficient high quality service to businesses and customers in the Imperial and Yuma Valleys. The manager will ensure the company is fully staffed and equipped, adheres to established quality and service standards, increases revenue and market share, and helps the business accomplish its goals. Responsible for hiring and training employees, assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and performing a variety of other tasks to ensure the business is thriving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements
• 3 years plus of managing similar business (preferred)
• Availability to work in a fast paced environment
• Exhibits drive to succeed and put forth effort to reach both business and personal goals.
• Valid Class A Driver’s License and good driving record
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Availability to work extra hours and weekends as needed.

Additional Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
• Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality of critical, sensitive information
• Read, understand and review documents for accuracy and relevant information
• Maintain complex record keeping systems
• Ability to multitask and work with constant interruptions
• Hands-on experience with Business Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong decision making skills
• Ability to drive new business and talk to customers.
• Ability to dispatch drivers and coordinate service routes.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office and field environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
