AlphaPlus Consultancy Ltd Hiring for Test Administrator Job at Manchester, England Full Time

AlphaPlus is working on behalf of RAND Europe to deliver a large-scale intervention with Year 3 pupils in 201 schools across England. This will be delivered one by one to 10 pre-selected pupils from each participating school.

This will involve up to two visits to each school to administer the following three tests:

· A whole-group numeracy test (GL’s Progress Test in Maths)

· A 30-minute individual working memory assessment (using 3 sub-tests from the Working Memory battery)

· A series of items from the British Ability Scale Numeracy sub-scale (individual)

We are currently recruiting a team of test administrators (TAs) to visit schools to administer the trial between 16th May and 17 June 2022.   Please note that we do not expect you to be available for the whole of this window, but require reasonable availability.

Prior to the trial there will be a full day’s in-person training session, which is scheduled to take place in Manchester on Wednesday 27th April 2022.

We anticipate that there will be several days’ work for each selected TA, though this may vary depending on the locations and availability of the participating schools.

We are looking for TAs who have experience of administering assessments in schools.

All TAs will need to hold a current, valid DBS certificate. This can either be an existing certificate that is registered on the Update Service, or AlphaPlus will support a new DBS application.
