Alphanumeric Systems Inc Hiring for Logistics Associate – Level at Cambridge, MA Full Time

• 
  100% On-site.
• 
  1 year contract w/ potential to extend & potential for FTE conversion.
• 
  M-F 9a- 5pm (30 min. Lunch).
• 
  Compensation up to $50 hourly.

• Operate in a GMP warehouse environment.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by procedures & signage. May come in contact with hazardous material.
• May be required to work alternate shift schedules, including shift or weekend coverage.
• Perform activities as physical job, where employee may have to lift as much as 50 pounds and regularly bend reach & walk.

• Knowledge of inventory systems (preferably SAP) & cGMP/Pharmaceutical regulations.
• Inventory Control: cycle counts, material stocking, and scrapping, at a minimum.
• Management of material expiry, allocation, kitting, and maintains material condition requirements.
• Maintains timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics.
• Records material handling data and information in a clear, concise, format according to proper GDPs.
• Works in a team based, cross-functional environment to complete kitting and delivery tasks required by shift schedule.
• 
  Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Available to work OT when business requires.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• OR Associate/ Medical Technical degree and 0-2 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
• OR High School diploma/GED.

• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Advanced understanding of cGMPs.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Inventory control and/or management.
