Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on local marketing strategy, client management, website content updates and SEO, and a basic understanding of HTML to support our AlphaGraphics centers with their local digital marketing presence.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can effectively design and implement marketing strategies, manage and enhance websites through content optimization, and draw upon client-facing skills to interact with AlphaGraphics owners and employees.

What we expect of you :

• Content Strategy
• Collaborate with AlphaGraphics centers and the HQ Digital Marketing Team to develop and implement local content strategies
• Drive engagement, traffic, and conversations for local AlphaGraphics centers
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices for web content and SEO
• Content Management
• Engage in regular website updates and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and brand recognition
• Basic HTML knowledge, confidently and independently utilizing text formatting, links, image integration, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMS (content management systems)
• SEO Optimization
• Conduct specific and relevant keyword research
• Strong proficiency and ability to implement, monitor, and strategically analyze SEO performance
• Soft Skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to serve as primary point of contact for AlphaGraphics owners and their digital marketing needs
• Support the development and implementation of digital marketing training materials via strong writing and editing skills
• Analytical ing
• Utilize analytics tools to track, assess, and make data driven improvements of website content and SEO efforts
• Present regular s to communicate performance with both AlphaGraphics centers and internal HQ teams
• Use attribution modeling and conversion metrics to demonstrate ROI

What You Bring to the Table :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years professional experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related role, alongside past experience with client-facing roles or customer support
• Adaptability and flexibility to quickly learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and content formats
• Open-minded, organized, attentive to detail, and able to solve problems while multitasking
• Familiarity with web analytics tools for data interpretation, e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI
• Knowledge of SEMRush, AHrefs, or similar SEO software
• Familiarity with web development and coding languages (e.g., CSS, JavaScript)
• Basic graphic design and multimedia skills
• Certifications in digital marketing or SEO (recommended, not required)
