We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Westerville, Ohio! Are you an experienced electro-mechanical troubleshooter with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy building strong relationships with customers through effective support?

As a Field Service Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for routine and emergency service, advanced troubleshooting, installation of machinery, and training of customers. You will also have the opportunity to contribute new ideas, designs, and methods to help us remain the industry leader in designing and integrating turnkey assembly systems for world-class companies.

This role will involve 70-80% potential travel throughout North America, Dominican Republic, and Canada. We offer a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment with the potential for career advancement and the opportunity to work with premier companies worldwide.

Requirements:

• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
• PLC, machine control, and ladder logic experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Committed to quality work and detail-oriented excellence
• BSME, BSEE or equivalent
• Ability to perform engineering level analysis and employ advanced troubleshooting techniques including redesign of machine components and programming changes.
