Responsibilities

• Create positions in Microsoft D365 for new employees.
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
• Manage the People inbox and action accordingly.
• Prepare employment contracts and contract variations for new and existing staff.
• Arrange relocation for new interstate employees.
• Any other duties as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager or People and Culture Manager.
• Be a champion of the ALPA values and demonstrate a commitment to work health and safety.

Skills and Experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills including proficient written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin.
• Experience working in a confidential environment
• The capacity to link daily activities to the ALPA values and mission.
• An ability to obtain and maintain an NT driving license.

Desirable

• Experience working in a People and Culture / Human Resource / Payroll team.
• Relevant qualifications
