Responsibilities will include but not limitedto :

• Manage SharePointsystem setup and access
• Document Operationsworkflows and processes
• Support IP securitylevels and control of the SharePoint resources
• Duties also include program alignment internal R&Dactivities management cross functional communication supportingother team members with engineering operations tasks
• Run ad hoc s and support the overall operations ofthe team
• Exercising creativity to draftoriginal documents imagery or work products within establishedguidelines

Principal Duties andResponsibilities :

• Gathersand collates data from many well defined sources to conductanalyses. Identifies clearly inaccurate or insufficient data andfollows up with team members and projectrelated teams wheninstructed.
• Uses data and results of analysesto prepare s for managers in support of small to medium sizedprojects processes and services.
• Completesmultiple assigned tasks related to small or medium sized projectsor ongoing operational work (e.g. space planning headcount analysisbudget requests) of one or more focus areas with support andguidance from managers.

Escalates issues to project lead ormanager.

• Assists with implementing new andestablished processes and methods (e.g. analysis and ingtools budget and financial tracking scheduling databases) andidentifies some opportunities to increase efficiencies within ownteam.
• Communicates with internal and someexternal teams to gather information and provide status updates.Sends meeting minutes and action items.

Follows up on action itemsto track task status.

• Collaborates withindividuals inside own team to complete focus area project processand servicerelated work. Networks with colleagues within andoutside own team to gain insight ideas and connections.
