A leading Healthcare Group is looking for an established Talent Acquisition Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading the internal Talent Acquisition team and function, both strategically and operationally to source, attract and secure great talent to meet current and future workforce needs. You will be part of a highly regarded People & Culture department and report into the GM of People & Culture.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing the end to end recruitment process for the group
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of 4 Talent Acquisition, including driving key strategic and operational initiatives and projects
• Implementing a successful and high performing TA function
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that current and future workforce requirements are met and in line with budget
• Rolling out various initiatives including a graduate program

Your experience:

• Over 5 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role including a Senior/Manager role
• Previous experience in managing/leading a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Proven ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders including candidates and hiring managers
• Previous project experience is highly desirable
