AllSTEM Connections Hiring for Project Scheduler at Fayetteville, NC Full Time

This position is responsible for coordinating and administering complex configuration management activities. Identifies controls and accounts for systems and/or equipment as required by contractual or other requirements

Responsibilities:

• Draft a timeline for each project
• Work with project managers, construction managers, and contract design and construction resources to set project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor the arrival of shipments and track deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and solutions to get projects back on track.
• Analyze the project timeline for efficiency.
• Create weekly status s for management.
• Assist with scheduling of major plant turnarounds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Project Management or equivalent
• 3 or more years of construction experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other SAP project planning software
