Job Description:
Seeking a Call Center Customer Service Energy Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong customer focus, high energy, compassion, dependability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, negotiating solutions, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include providing support in resolving payment and collections issues, addressing customer inquiries, and initiating necessary service requests.
