The Talent Acquisition Specialist at ASG will work with our internal team to support short and long-term staffing needs that will ensure ASG has the appropriate human resources to meet the needs of the business.

Pay Scale : $42,000-$54,000

What you’ll do : (Including, but not limited to) :

• Building a pipeline of candidates for specific company requirements.
• Assist in all recruitment practices
• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting of potential candidates via online job boards, career fairs, internal database, and networking events.
• Supporting ASG management for fulfillment of active requirements for temporary or permanent staff.
• Providing administration and management of background checks, drug tests, and security clearances as appropriate.
• Performing candidate interview and technical screening.
• Participating in weekly review of positions filled and positions still working to fill.
• Social and professional media content curation and maintenance.

What you’ll need : General

General

• 1-2 years of experience of Recruitment / Recruitment Management
• Experience in technical / IT recruiting, staffing agency experience a plus

Technical

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Skilled in using & navigating job boards
• Experience in the use of Social Media for job postings & recruiting.

Desired Skills

• Requires excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of telecom industry a plus
