Accounts Payable Specialist Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scan and index a high volume of invoices from vendors into our document management system.
• Code and enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner to ensure prompt payment to vendors.
• Match purchase orders to invoices and process for payment.
• Process credits for approved deductions.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
• Communicate with Parts managers to solve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
• Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
• Assist with other projects as needed.
