Accounts Payable Specialist Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan and index a high volume of invoices from vendors into our document management system.
- Code and enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner to ensure prompt payment to vendors.
- Match purchase orders to invoices and process for payment.
- Process credits for approved deductions.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
- Communicate with Parts managers to solve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
- Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
- Assist with other projects as needed.
