The Recruiting Lead Consultant manages roles that are hard-to-fill and/or complex requisitions that require significant time in the development of sourcing and recruiting strategies. The role develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external and internal recruitment activities to satisfy the organization’s employee staffing requirements. They direct all steps of the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationship, and has in-depth knowledge and experience in client business area.
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of line-of-business recruiting strategies; provides innovative and creative solutions through demonstrated and extensive talent acquisition experience
Provides consulting services and builds collaborative relationships with internal clients and provides necessary support to the business relationship owner
Autonomous worker that is capable of working with officer-level leaders utilizing detailed metrics and analysis to drive the conversations on talent
Possesses deep knowledge and understanding of client specific business goals and strategies; engrains into the fabric of assigned client(s)
Serves as a subject matter expert on all things talent acquisition; utilizes this expertise to develop, coach, and mentor others within the organization
Capable of understanding industry trends and adjusting business strategy, accordingly; drives continuous improvement and/or business transformation to ensure that the team is utilizing all available resources to drive enterprise talent goals
Leads the projects with highest-visibility across the human resources function; applies extensive personal knowledge on macro-level industry trends in guiding the organization into the future

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5 or more years of related experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing
Functional Skills
Advanced client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with multiple clients and business area leaders at all levels across the enterprise
Deep knowledge of recruiting industry best practices and possesses a strong business acumen
Demonstrated ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external industry partners
Demonstrated ability to operate in complex and matrixed environment while achieving desired outcomes
Utilizes predictive analytics to forecast and provide snapshot of historical macro-level trends within the enterprise
Experimental mindset around analytics and complex problem solving
Possesses strong executive-level communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts
Driver of operational excellence, change agility, and the adoption of new technologies Compensation
Compensation range for this position is $90,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
