This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses. Key Responsibilities:
Understand the importance of developing personal connections with brokers/partners, enrollment firms, and clients.
Understand and execute the completion of a standard proposal.
Understand the peer review process for proposals and RFPs.
Understand how to complete and utilize account management project tracking system.
Understand the importance of providing proactive client management.
Develop relationships with cross-functional partners and understand the importance of cross-functional teams in how they support our accounts.
Understand and follow best practice guidelines to maintain reporting and records for AB accounts to ensure transparency and accurate recordkeeping.
Understand the importance of communication and how it impacts the life cycle of an account. Education and Experience:
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Functional Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to read and interpret complex information, talk with customers and listen attentively.
Must be able to work on multiple projects and complete high-quality work against strict and conflicting deadlines.
Effectively build interpersonal relationship skills to establish working relationships with direct reports, peers and colleagues.
Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to embrace and respect the team culture approach.
Excellent presentation skills in front of high-level executives.
Exhibit a can-do approach and aspire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Assertive self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
Must be proficient in the following applications: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Pro and various administration systems. Notes:
Compensation offered for this role is $56,600.00-$75,000.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
