Insurance Sales Representatives are great at: Making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, finding a solution and problem solving, identifying and cross selling current clients, asking for referrals and overall enjoy talking to people!

Salary range – $36,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience and current licenses) with additional bonuses (depending on performance). Total annual comp range from $60,000-$110,000.

Summary of the position:

· Make outbound sales calls and generate insurance quotes daily

· Cross sell and upsell existing clients with other products

· Discuss insurance coverage and add other coverages

· Cross sell life and retirement products and refer to our financial specialist

· Document all customer interactions and transactions completed in clients’ profiles

· Produce according to goals and minimum requirements

• Able to successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
• Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills (we do a lot of emails)
• Be able to work with a team and accept feedback/coaching
• Success Driven and self motivated
• Must be goal oriented, competitve and like to win (individually and as a team)
• Property and Casualty Insurance license – must obtain upon job offer (current license not required; we can get you licensed)

Full and part time positions available. Part time position is a minimum of 25 hours. There is potential for remote work after training is complete. Training is 3-4 months. If the candidate has insurance experience, training may be shortened.
