POSITION

Allspring is seeking a talented and experience Recruitment Sourcer to join our internal Talent Acquisition team to help drive creative sourcing strategies and create a strong Allspring employer brand in the market.

This is a critical role that will be a key contributor to the success of the Global Talent Acquisition function in enabling Allspring’s continued aggressive growth.

This individual will focus on proactive candidate identification strategies, leveraging their extensive financial services recruitment experience to identify exceptional talent across varied businesses.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with recruiters and hiring managers across the organization and act as the subject matter expert globally for all talent sourcing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, and create comprehensive candidate profiles for active and future positions.
• Conduct thorough market mapping exercises to identify key players, emerging talents, and trends within the financial services sector.
• Employ both proactive and reactive strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, building a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and screenings to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Maintain clear and accurate records tracking job applicants in Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
• Develop diverse talent pipeline across multiple Allspring office locations.
• Ensure a world class candidate experience to make Allspring an employer of choice globally.
• Be an integral part of a supportive, dynamic, diverse and fun Global Talent Acquisition team.
• Be curious and courageous to identify and execute process improvements and efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services recruitment / sourcing
• Proven track record of success in candidate identification and market mapping within the asset management or financial services industry.
• Industry sourcing experience Asset Management, Investment Banking
• Ability to source on average 15-25 openings
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and ing
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations within the recruitment process
• Experience with sourcing (LinkedIn, CV databases or other channels)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Keep calm under pressure but thrives and excels with clear expectations
• Must be effective at working closely with portfolio staff, product specialists, and other investment professionals, as well as operational and support teams
