Our Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator will be a go getter and have the following skills and attributes:

• The ability to take on numerous tasks and priorities
• An ability to build and nurture both client and candidate relations
• An intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Package
• Excellent time management skills
• Self driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
• Flexibility with start and finish times dependant on daily client needs
• Clear communication
• work autonomously and with minimal supervision as this is remote
• think on your feet!

Daily requirements :

• Occasional on site client visits
• Meeting of candidates
• Assisting team members with the recruitment process
• Managing rosters and allocation of staffing on sites as requested
• Completing Administration for onboarding of candidates when required
• Flexible with your hours

We are a small team and look to assist each other when required just to get the job done! We have adapted over the Covid period to working remotely, and relish in the flexibility of our working schedule.

*Remuneration and hours will be discussed based on your ecxperience/skillset.
