Allied Professionals, Inc Hiring for After-Hours Scheduling/Staffing Coordinator Full Time

We are looking for individuals to join our team and be a part of the staffing magic! Allied Professionals is a Medical and Dental Staffing Agency. Our Staffing Coordinators work hard to do the following:

• Have a Customer Centric attitude
• Provide employees the shifts they are looking for – within their available hours
• Receive the openings (Needs) from the community and partner with our employees to get those openings filled
• Ability to multitask through different platforms on the computer to ensure that your communication is thorough and complete
• Be diligent in note taking and making timely journal entries electronically in our software
• Strong computer skills, ability to easily navigate
• Must reside in the State of Minnesota

This is a remote position, so it is important to be able to conduct business in a quiet and distraction-free environment, dedicating full attention to job duties during working hours.

Training will be conducted during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, this way you are exposed to the most intricate parts of the business before you are set out to work remotely.

This remote position is after normal business hours, for example:

**Two weekday Nights: 5:00pm until 8:00am the following morning

**Every other weekend: Friday 5:00pm – Monday 8:00am

Each night the phones are transferred to our answering service at midnight and then returned back to you at 6:00am to button up and take the calls from early risers!

Pay: $15.00 per hour
