Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the entire recruiting, onboarding and offboarding cycles of an associate. This associate will assist with sourcing, screening, recommending and successfully hiring qualified talent. This associate will support all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to finding and interviewing candidates, advertising for open job positions, aiding in the development of new and current job descriptions, advising hiring managers, assessing and recommending candidates for specific roles, onboarding new hires, approving invoices, and performing exit interviews. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also support the administration of HR systems and other HR projects/events.
To ensure success as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator the Associate must have excellent communication/writing skills and good interpersonal skills. A top-notch Talent Acquisition Coordinator is well organized, highly detail oriented, efficient, professional, and approachable.
