We’re looking for a talented recruiter to join the Resourcing team. The resourcing team acts as a centre of excellence within HR, implementing recruitment best practice, deployment of direct talent attraction methods and delivery of key hires for the business. We support resourcing activity across 4000 employees in a number of UK based offices and currently hire over 85% of all external hires through direct methods via our team.
As a Resourcing Business Partner , you’ll partner with your business area, adding value through providing operational advice and guidance to attract high quality candidates through the best possible methods. You’ll be a key member of a compact team, where you’ll enjoy both autonomy to make key decisions as well as support and team collaboration on wider Resourcing projects.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing Resourcing expertise to both HR and business stakeholders at all levels (across various site in the UK, with the opportunity to travel on occasional)
- Design and implementation of the resourcing strategy and plans for business areas.; including developing talent pipelines, identifying areas of focus, and making recommendations using key resourcing data.
- Design and delivery of direct attraction strategy (including job adverts, media selection, social media campaigns)
- Proactive sourcing/ searching for candidates directly using a range of databases; including LinkedIn.
- Maintain and improve the resourcing framework; policies, procedures, systems and data – which our HR colleges and business stakeholders use to successfully recruit top talent.
- Opportunity to get involved with project based work to drive continuous improvement of our resourcing capability, employment brand, process and candidates experience.
- Management of 3rd party agencies when required
• Keeping up to date with market advancements and best in class standards• Direct sourcing experience either from agency, RPO or in-house environment. From within or working with large blue chip organisation/clients would be an advantage.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across a variety of levels; with the ability to influence and bring people on the journey.
• Experience of an ATS or other candidate management system.
• Proven knowledge of the utilisation of social and digital channels for targeted sourcing.
• Recruitment campaign design and management is an advantage.
• Experience in interpreting resourcing data to make actionable recommendations is an advantage.
• Confident working and delivering automatously, managing own workload and prioritising.
• Microsoft office, work, excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across a variety of levels; with the ability to influence and bring people on the journey.
• Experience of an ATS or other candidate management system.
• Proven knowledge of the utilisation of social and digital channels for targeted sourcing.
