Our teams in our Operations centre are the heartbeat of the organization. We are looking for customer-centric individuals to fill multiple full-time, permanent fully remote positions in our Sales department. In this role you will work from the comfort of your home office and provide sales and service for clients, ensuring the customer in need receives the best care and attention.

About the role:

Provide timely, accurate, and efficient telephone sales and customer service support for various e-commerce and insurance clients. Answer all inquiries related to products or services and increases sales by offering additional products through effective up-selling/cross-selling techniques. Required to attain performance and sales objectives on a monthly basis.

Working hours: 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week. Shifts include: Monday – Sunday, working holidays, mornings, afternoons, and evenings on a rotational basis. Schedules are given 6 weeks in advance.

What it takes:

• Post-secondary education and a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a customer service related function.
• Possess Accident and Sickness license or willing to become licensed.
• Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified.
• Proven success in a sales environment where there was a demonstrated ability to identify customer’s needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions to meet those needs.
• Ability to maintain an energetic and enthusiastic attitude when faced with rejection.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task.
