Job Title: Junior Internal Recruiter
Location: Remote (Visits to HQ Southampton OR London)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + bonus

To support the Resource Manager to deliver the company’s talent attraction strategy ensuring the right talent is in the right roles, at the right time.
Assist with administrative tasks that help attract, retain and improve our candidate and employees’ experience.

Primary responsibilities_*
- To assist in all activities required to define, attract and hire exceptional talent.
- Search job boards; LinkedIn; other networking sites; other sources of candidates
- To assist in the management, maintenance and automation of our resource systems e.g HiBob (HR system); Salesforce (time tracking system, resource planning); Team Tailor (ATS)
- Help maintain our Alliants’ employer brand, through Social Media and our career site
- Assist in HR Administration and HR Support
- Work with the Resource Manager to improve our recruitment and retention processes. Including appraisals, salary reviews and satisfaction surveys
- Assist in improving our candidate experience
- Assisting with facilities management and staff welfare
- To assist in our talent development e.g. internships; graduate programs; apprenticeships; placement years etc.
Daily tasks/duties_ (sample only – not a complete list)_
- Post job advertisements and assist in managing the responses
- Proactively attract talent through Boolean searching via our job boards and social channels
- Assist with candidate logistics and communications
- Assist with onboarding new starters
- Ensure all resource administration is complete and up to date
