Full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support current and prospective agents through inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and online chat
• Provide the highest level of solution focused, end-to-end service to customers on insurance questions and issues while demonstrating specialized knowledge and ability to maneuver through many systems
• Educate our agents on the different internal and external platforms to ensure they are able to enroll clients in healthcare coverage
• Escalate issues through the appropriate channels and identify trends with system issues
• Document agent interactions relevant to each customer contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years’ experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to navigate multiple technical platforms
• Highly effective verbal and written skills preferred, bi-lingual is a plus
• Professional phone presence
