Job Summary

I am Energy! Are you? Alliant Energy is currently recruiting for exciting college internship opportunities.Join us as we work toward a clean energy future for the communities we serve!

Location : This is a hybrid-remote position ing to our Cedar Rapids, IA or Madison, WI office. Candidate must reside in Iowa or Wisconsin.

Start Date : Available to begin part-time between early December 2023 January 2024, opportunity to continue through Summer 2024

What you will do

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’llhelp us share our story. You’ll work with various team members and collaborate with other interns.

Some projects you may engage in include :

Helping analyze marketing data

Refreshing website content and building out web pages

Ideating and developing fresh content

Helping to create marketing strategy

Collaborating in creative ideation for various projects

Implementing vision with the marketing and digital & creative strategy team

Qualifications :

We are looking for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications

Preferred : Junior or Senior

Currently holding a GPA of 2.75 or higher

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Knowledge and experience with marketing and digital tactics

Curiosity and willingness to offer new insights

Demonstrated organizational skills and personal accountability

Ability to work effectively in a diverse work environment

Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to work 10-15 hours or more per week during the school year, as schedule permits

Preferred : knowledge and / or experience with marketing data
