Position Overview
In the role of a Talent Recruiter, you will be expected to challenge the status quo, and redefine the rules of Clinical Research hiring. You will lead the full life cycle of our hiring process. This includes not only the end result hire, but also; relationship building, creating talent pipelines, interviewing, coaching and partnering with hiring teams to continue to raise the bar on the caliber of talent we attract and employ. The Talent Recruiter is the “Welcome Committee” on the fore-front of introduction of AMR to prospective career professionals. This role involves introducing and developing a first impression of AMR and why we are “the clinical research company to work for,” differentiating us from other potential career opportunities.

The Talent Recruiter will report to the HR Director while working closely with site management.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes across all markets to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. ·
· Review resumes, source applicants, and interview candidates to present to hiring managers
· Knowledgeable on company history and “who we are” to effectively attract top talent.
· Develops and administers staffing, employment and recruitment programs.
· Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting companywide open requisitions
· Implements a wide variety of approaches for a multi-faceted recruitment strategy to include agencies, conferences, college relations, academic skills programs, referral programs and more.
· Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes across all markets to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Responsible for creating an amazing candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and their teams for an efficient and positive process
· Maintain on-going relationships with candidates by using databases, social media, campaigns and networks.
· Leveraging a sense of urgency and innovation to hire niche, hard to find talent
· Screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic evaluation tools
· Successfully creates relationships internally across all levels of the organization
· Works with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required
· Promotes the company brand to candidates and external service providers
· Documents candidate evaluation and interview process
· Works closely with HR Director to implement and expand the organizations branding image across social media networks
· Compiles data as required to provide analysis of recruitment process
· Undertakes projects as assigned by HR Director, as it relates to improving company recruitment activity.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· Ability to be a self-starter, with experience building strong relationships and a passion for both the approach and execution and contribute to your success
· 2-3 years proven success managing full life cycle recruitment preferably in the medical field
· Hands on experience with an applicant tracking system
· Experience using candidate databases, such as Linkedin Recruiter
· Solid ability to conduct and coach hiring teams on different types of interviews
· You will operate in a fast paced, independent, yet supportive environment where the HR team works in partnership and inspires each other
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contact.
· Demonstrated interpersonal skill to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner
· Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and direction and effectively communicate progress and problems to management.
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
· Able to function independently without constant supervision and adapt to change.
· Positive attitude and the ability and desire to work in a company that embraces collaboration and a team approach.
· Excellent and oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with all levels of personnel
· Professional and highly motivated “self-starter” with the ability to exercise initiative.
