This is your opportunity as an experienced HR Advisor to join our thriving HR Team as a trusted advisor to our organisations.

In the role, you will proactively partner and collaborate with the HR Business Partners & Line Managers to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and focused operational HR support & solutions in relation to people issues across the business.

Your will coach and provide advice and support to managers whilst ensuring accountability and ownership for people management stays with the manager.

You will also lead on the management of casework, taking ownership for end-to-end processes and for carrying out policy and procedure reviews.

Alliance supports and encourages agile working and this role, whilst based in our Head Office in Portishead, has the scope for working from other locations, including home working. This role requires travel across the operating region to other Alliance Homes offices, for home visits and other offsite meetings when required.

About you:
You will be CIPD qualified with a strong track record in an HR Advisory role, and you will be comfortable coaching managers on employment relation issues, offering advice and guidance on the full range of HR work and taking ownership for the end to end case work processes.

You will have clear, concise and professional communication and have the ability to build effective working relationships. You will also have excellent attention to detail and ability to solve people problems.
