The role

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our busy HR team based at head office in Milton Keynes.

This is a newly created role which will be responsible for CV sourcing, booking interviews, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and providing a point of contact for all recruitment related queries within your geographical location and wider business.

Strong emphasis will be placed on building relationships with branch and area managers whilst actively managing the vacancies in your area.

Responsibilities

Maintaining integrity of ATS system

CV Searching / screening

Actively managing recruitment process for multiple positions

Booking interviews

Providing candidate feedback

Liaising and building relationships with internal stakeholders

Desirable Experience Required

In house or agency background

Account management

Stakeholder management

Building effective relationships

Ability to prioritise and work multiple vacancies simultaneously

CV screening

Interpersonal Skills

Highly organised with methodical approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

Attention to detail

Sense of ownership and proactive attitude

Strong customer focus aiming to exceed expectations

Ability to work on own initiative and part of a broader team
