Supervision of staff accountants. fixed assets and depreciation; preparation of weekly Cashflow projections. balance sheet reconciliations; bank reconciliations; prepaids reconciliations; Case goods reconciliation review. preparation of sales, business and excise tax; inventory cost accounting. Preparation of weekly Cashflow projections from bill.com payments ability to balance multiple tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of high-quality projects without compromising quality communicates when there are competing priorities or workload balance issues between clients. Delegates to maximize productivity and delivers the highest quality of service. gives clear instructions and responses to team members’ questions. Is able to prioritize tasks to complete projects and proactively communicate status updates on a regular and timely basis provides coaching and training to team members and proactively pursues new responsibilities. Reviews work prepared by staff accountants and provides timely and substantive feedback to team members seeks learning & development opportunities and views challenges as opportunities for growth uses appropriate tools and technologies for each project. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,000.00 – $121,000.00 per year
