Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities
As the Recruitment Specialist some of your duties will include:
Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for all involved
Collaborate with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs.
Monitor and manage the selection process for vacancies, ensuring best practice and tracking of budgets and targets
Potential candidate resourcing through various channels (e.g. direct, social and professional platforms.)
Developing channels and social media presence for recruitment, supporting our client’s initiatives and ethos.
Track and Assess candidates using our Applicant Tracking System
Promote an inclusive culture through building a recruitment practice and process
Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to increase awareness.

Recruitment Specialist Experience
The successful candidate for this Recruitment Specialist will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience of delivering in a recruitment role, specifically for technology/scientific research roles
Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to great customer service.
Able to multitask, work at place and prioritise and plan tasks.
Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships.
Good problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
Resilient.
Self-starter and able to show a commitment to personal development.
Experience recruiting for a start-up business a bonus, but not essential
Location
Our client’s lovely office is based near Didcot, with free parking available on site and a subsidized canteen.
