The Senior IT/Tech Recruiter position requires relocation to the Greater Sacramento Area and is ineligible for immigration sponsorship. Relo Assistance will be offered to the selected candidate.

Position Summary:
The Sr. IT Recruiter will develop effective recruiting strategies to source technical and professional candidates, while also forming relationships with clients to identify and tend to their hiring needs. S/he is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. S/he acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. S/he is focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. The Senior IT Recruiter is also expected to stay abreast of industry and market specific information or trends that could impact the search and acts as a business partner to hiring managers and a mentor to other team members. S/he demonstrates innovation and outside of the box thinking with their search techniques.
Essential job duties and responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
– Strategic and innovative recruiting practices to build candidate pipeline. This may include but not limited to developing and maintaining relationships with outside recruiting resources such as state agencies, employment organizations, colleges and universities, job fairs, etc., as well as developing new and effective recruiting sources.
– Works closely with HR Department Head to develop and implement recruitment proactive and innovative sourcing and recruitment practices/tools, launch new programs such as Internship, and employer brand recognition.
– Educates & trains and hiring managers and HR staff on market trends and candidates’ feedback as part of ongoing process improvement.
– Works closely with AZ Partners to ensure market competitiveness. This requires out of the state travel to headquarters and networking with Recruiting Partners.
– Identifies qualified candidates through proactive sourcing using a variety of tools & practices; including social media, community and colleges engagement.
– Partners with hiring managers to create the “ideal candidate profile”, coordinates and participates in interviews as needed, presents qualified candidates to clients, and completes candidate onboarding.
– Supports other Human Resources and Recruiting special projects.
– Works collaboratively with HR Team to provide excellent client support; including but not limited to training hiring managers on best interview and selection techniques and other recruiting function training.
– Keeps recruiting records, KIPs and reports updated
– Previous IT and Technical Recruiting is highly preferred.
Reporting Relationships:
– Recruiting Specialist/Coordinator
Education and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent or equivalence of working experience.
· Previous IT & technical recruiting highly preferred.
· Minimum of five plus years of full cycle recruiting experience in a professional environment.
· Understanding of local and federal laws as it relates to recruiting, selection and onboarding.
· Technology savviness and proficiency with Internet recruiting tools and applicant screening and tracking systems, MS Office applications.
· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
· Excellent administrative, time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a deadline intensive environment.
· Ability to handle multiple assignments with varying due dates and priorities and exhibit exceptional levels of personal productivity.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
