Allay Home Care Hiring for PCA-Personal Care Aide at Fairfax, VA Full Time

PCA Personal Care Assistant needed in northern Virginia area (Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Springfield, Woodbridge, Reston, Herndon, Ashburn and more)

Allay Home Care, Virginia

IMMEDIATE NEED for both male and female PCAs for both Weekdays and Weekend day shift.

Mon-Fri: 8-12 hr shift

And Sat & Sun: 8-12hr shift

Seeking Caregivers who:

PCA’s (Personal Care Assistants)

• Are reliable, dependable, honest and caring
• Speak and write in English, or (Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Urdu, Amharic, any other languages)
• Have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and can drive to clients’ homes or have a reliable source of transportation
• Are able to recognize changes in their clients and be able to alert proper personnel when necessary

Major Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner.
• May be required to take clients to appointment or run errands.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility.
• Must pass all background and drug screenings with satisfactory results.

Other Requirements and Qualifications

• Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week.
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Job Location: Fairfax, Falls Church, Chantilly, Manassas, Woodbridge, Virginia.

Work Hours: Monday- Friday, Flexible Hours

Required experience :

Caregiving (in home or facility): minimum 3 months or more.

Freshers are encourage to apply, training will be provided.

Required language:

English OR Any (Spanish, Farsi, Hindi, Punjabi, Amharic, Urdu, Arabic, etc.)

Required license or certification:

PCA License or equivalent training
