All Temperature Service, Inc Hiring for Office Assistant/Data Entry QuickBooks Full Time

All Temperature Service is a family-owned Air Conditioning company that has been servicing South Florida for over 28 years. Our office is next door to our home in Southwest Ranches and we currently have 13 service technicians. You will work closely with the Office Manager on a day-to-day basis.

Be a TEAM player & willing to help where needed

Answer phones and take customer’s information for service

Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

Process CC payments

Data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Account reconciliation (credit cards, A/R, A/P)

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Must have reliable transportation and be punctual

Willing and eager to learn about construction, project billing, city permitting, etc.

Previous experience in office setting REQUIRED

Construction and/or city permitting knowledge a PLUS

Experience with 2020 QuickBooks Desktop (we use Premier Contractor Edition) a PLUS
