ALL-TEMP REFRIGERATION & A/C CORP Hiring for Administrative Assistant Full Time

Currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for immediate hire. We are a Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Company, primarily servicing Supermarkets. Service Company experience a plus! Medical, 401k and paid time off.

Requirements:

Must have minimum two years QuickBooks experience

Proficient in the use of Outlook, knowledge of Microsoft Office in general

Knowledge of faxing, filing

Phone etiquette (cordial tones, greetings, etc.)

Great communication skills (to include customers and coworkers in/outside of the office)

Multitasker

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Self-starter, takes initiative

Customer service skills

General Duties:

Work order tracking both manually and with multiple online systems (Corrigo and Verisae experience a plus!)

Relaying service calls to dispatch team

Purchase order Requests

Parts ordering assistance

Typing Estimates

GPS Tracking

Typical end time:

• 5PM

Typical start time:

• 8AM
