This is a full time, benefits eligible onsite opportunity in our Dundalk, MD facility.

• Utilize the ATS (Jobvite) to manage the applicant flow and documentation during the pre-employment process.
• Coordinate pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records…) and onboarding into UKG
• Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
• Source qualified candidates by using Jobvite, Indeed, LinkedIn…
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Other duties as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time hours Monday – Friday with a flexible but consistent start time.

Travel

Occasional travel locally if interested.
