All Industrial Electric, Inc Hiring for Telemarketing/Appointment Setter at Schaumburg, IL Full Time

One of the top Industrial/Commercial electrical contractors in the Chicago area is seeking a Full-Time Inside Sales- Appointment setter to join our team! If you have a knack for talking to people on the phone and setting appointments, this is the perfect job for you! Help us make Chicago and the mid-west more energy efficient!

Responsibilities: 90% phone sales- 10% outside sales

• Contacting companies, businesses, and facilities & setting appointments for Industrial/ Commercial electrical work, energy efficient LED lighting upgrades, and EV Charging stations.
• Contacting our existing customers for new electrical and lighting jobs and projects.

The Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and extremely motivated!

Job Requirements:

• Positive professional attitude.
• Friendly phone voice.
• Daily calls and emails.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Inside sales- B2B selling required (some Outside B2B selling required monthly)
• Electrical industry knowledge preferred.
• Maintain Sales database and pipeline.
• Weekly and monthly sales ing to supervisor.

Compensation:

• Minimum hourly rate of $16.00
• Up to $100.00 Bonus per Appointment.
• 2% commission of ALL sales generated from your leads.
• Paid Vacation time.
