We are hiring a Construction Assistant/Manager/Office person in our Cave Junction office. This position will perform a variety of project management tasks and office duties.
Candidates must be:
* Self motivated, have strong organizational skills, multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
* Must have computer knowledge and keyboard skills
* Must have great communication skills (written & verbal), diplomatic in communicating with County/City Officials,
vendors, customers, clients and other team members.
* Execute general office duties, answer phones, filing, ordering office supplies.
* Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, customers, clients and various construction teams.
* Provide administrative support to Management, special projects as requested.
* Must have knowledge of all fields of Construction, project estimating, drafting.
* Order and pick up supplies and materials as needed.
* Support a culture of safety, hold monthly safety meetings, meeting OSHA requirements.
Work is currently in the Cave Junction Area. Pay is Negotiable and DOE.
