All-Connect Logistical Services is a leader in the Transportation, 3PL sector – awarded the Canadian Shipper’s Choice Award in the LTL and FTL categories for several years running.
This role is responsible for providing support to our clients, including entering orders, establishing rates and confirming loads are ready for pick up. Orders can be received by phone, fax or email and timely response is essential to ensure Customer satisfaction. Working closely with our other departments, ensure all information and details are accurate to ensure seamless pick up and deliveries.
The Customer Service team provides support when errors or problems occur as well, by being proactive, honest and calm. Inform all parties of issues to ensure our customers are provided details and solutions.
In this fast paced, dynamic role, provide solutions and support in a positive, professional manner is essential to this department.
