All Around GamerZ Virtual Reality Lounge/Arcade is Hiring: Customer Experience Representatives

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and technology-driven individuals who are passionate about gaming. Join the fun squad at All Around Gaming Virtual Reality Lounge/Arcade as a part-time Customer Experience Representative. This dynamic role allows you to engage with gaming and technology, bringing you closer to the virtual world!

Your Quests:

1. Engage with customers, address queries, and provide detailed information about our business, promotions, and pricing.

2. Manage group and party reservations; take deposits and register players for VR sessions.

3. Handle payments via cash or debit terminals.

4. Guide players through our vast game library and assist in selecting suitable experiences.

5. Set-up players into VR, explain controls and ensure safe usage.

6. Supervise players to guarantee a comfortable and safe gaming experience.

7. Resolve any technical issues promptly and provide game tips.

8. Manage station timers and assist players during exit.

9. Clean and sanitize VR headsets, controllers, and other equipment between usage.

10. Maintain a clean and sanitized environment across the storefront.

11. Ensure customers have an unforgettable VR experience.

Player Attributes:

1. Experience in a customer service role (with references).

2. Fluent English communication skills.

3. Comfortable interacting with all age groups.

4. Capable of working independently or in a team.

5. Outgoing personality and unwavering customer focus.

6. Excellent work ethic and teamwork abilities.

7. Positive and respectful attitude.

8. Good hygiene and basic cleaning skills.

9. Highly motivated and problem-solving abilities.

10. Proficient in Windows-based systems, Steam, and Discord.

11. Passionate about gaming and technology.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 – 20 per week

Salary: $16.75-$17.50 per hour
