Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate Design Team to ensure line is representative of the Self Esteem image. Analyze fashion trends and predictions. Compare materials and integrate findings with personal interests, tastes, and knowledge of design to steer new designs for the assigned division.  Source new fabrics, new fabric development and coordinate production fabric purchases. Identify and create seasonal color palettes. Shall be responsible for import and special projects product development. Analyze European and Domestic fashion trends and predictions, and confer with President and Sr. VP Sales.
Qualifications
Ability to identify and translate design concepts into representative mix of trends for Self Esteem market and niche opportunities. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Possess leadership qualities to independently problem-solve, analyze and articulate information, concisely and clearly communicate and ensure coordination of tasks to effectively meet Company and Division needs.
SupervisoryÂ
Directly supervise the Division Staff. Supervisory responsibilities include training, coaching and counseling, focus meetings, sourcing and interviewing prospective employees, and resolution of problems as they arise.
