The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and onboarding staff through various methods. The selected candidate needs to be efficient and comfortable with managing a flow of applicants and working closely with department managers to fill their staffing needs. The selected candidate must be able to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy while being a team player and supporting staffing needs of the organization.

• Collaborates with the Director of Development to ensure the organization has sufficient clinical and office staffing
• Assists supervisors with respect to sourcing, selection, and on boarding of new employees
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising managers in multiple locations and departments
• Identifies staff vacancies and recruits, interviews and selects applicants.
• Promotes Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to customers / patients / and applicants.
• Promotes compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Stays current with changes in home health regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources with specific experience in
• Payroll processing
• Recruiting / retention
• Resolving HR issues, record keeping, and file maintenance

• Ability to identify employee relations needs and trends
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
