LifeatALKU as an Talent Acquisition Administrator :

The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Administrator is to support ALKU’s internal hiring needs. This person will work closely between the Internal Recruiting and College Relationship Development teams to bridge any gaps and ensure their logistical needs are supported.

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will also manage relationships externally with our vendors and be the primary liaison between vendors and Talent Acquisition teams.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule interviews on behalf of the Internal Recruiting team.
• Configure events for the College Relationship Development team.
• Communicate important information to prospective and active candidates of ALKU.
• Manage relationships with Talent Acquisition’s vendors.
• Be the main point of contact and liaison for the Talent Acquisition teams and other internal teams.
• Work with Marketing team to implement new initiatives for candidates and new hires.
• Work closely with the Talent Leadership teams to improve and sustain efficiency in recruitment practices.
• Ensure all processes and documents are consistent for Talent teams and ensure they align with each team’s needs.
• Ensure all job postings adhere to the job role and expectations
• Be the go-to person for all talent ing, owning communication to internal stakeholders.
