Job Requirements

Alkegen has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an individual contributor and a member of the Global Talent team assisting in executing the talent acquisition process supporting the US market. The role will involve supporting recruiting efforts, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters and new hire orientation. Assists the TA function in contributing to improving talent acquisition processes where required and will be highly involved in the global team.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking, job boards, social media, internet research, etc.
• Review resumes in Workday and compare to position qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screening of candidates and recommend candidates for further screening by hiring manager
• Create interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination between candidate and hiring teams
• Coordinate pre-hire process to include pre-employment screening, preparing new hire paperwork, processing new hires in Workday, assisting hiring managers with first day preparation
• Create a great candidate experience at every stage in the talent acquisition process from phone screening, to scheduling interviews, to pre-hire process
• Ensure ATS process is being followed such as interview feedback being captured and candidates managed through the correct stage consistently

Qualifications/ Experience

• At least 2 year of recruiting experience
• Excellent resourcing skills and ability to work at pace whilst having a good eye for detail
• Experience in resourcing in Engineering/ Industrial a preference
• Be excellent at stakeholder management
• Knowledge of ATS Systems preferred

Salary: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
