Responsibilities:
- Develop systems to monitor customer feedback and complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Keep records of customer information;.
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
