Seeking full-time intern with a keen interest in developing a career in building technology start-ups. The role responsibilities of our intern are robust and comprehensive. We don’t intend to pigeon hole you into one specific role. We want you to work with us from the beginning to the end and we value your opinion and unique insight as a young professional in a world of technology immersion. The role responsibilities include but are not limited to developing software, such as websites and databases, preparing digital marketing strategies, executing those strategies in the form of content creation, web development, social media campaigning, and website maintenance. The role will also require data collection and data processing on excel sheets and with custom API’s. Some training can be provided on the job.

This position may funded by the Digital Skills for Youth Program with Innovate BC.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

– coding skills with experience building databases

– bachelors degree (desired but not required)

– fluency in English

– experience with Excel and Microsoft Office

– be a team player that can also work independently

– ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;

– excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.65-$37.22 per hour
