We are actively looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team based in our Hamilton office.

The Recruitment Support will be required to source, create and effectively maintain our candidate database.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Provide customer service
• Perform recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, answering phones and monitoring emails
• Working closely with the Account Managers providing support for their port folios.
• Preparing and posting job advertisements online to generate new candidates
• Networking with the wider community and groups to generate new candidates
• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates for job placements
• Complete the candidate onboarding process
• Schedule candidates for job placements on a daily basis
• Ensure all candidates are “work ready” for employment.
• Audit compliance in the CRM system

• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Strong time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about working with people and the wider community
• Solution driven with a “CAN DO” attitude
• Current and valid driver’s licence (Restricted minimum)
• Willing to complete and provide a current police check
• Available immediately
