Digital Marketing Manger

This is a full-time position located at Alice Lane HQ in Draper, Utah. ing to the Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in creating, implementing, and evaluating the success of all company advertising campaigns via Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more. Activities include strategizing and producing social and viral media content, SEO/search marketing, advertising, researching, and managing projects. The ideal candidate will be innovative, have advertising savvy, and be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, job boards, and more

Salary will be determined based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use inbound marketing methodology to build, maintain, and optimize campaigns that employ a variety of organic and paid digital marketing mediums including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, text, and more
• Help Create & publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations for revising campaigns based on meaningful KPIs determined by you in collaboration with marketing team members
• Represent our brand by interacting with customers via the company’s social media accounts
• Ensure external content is well within standards of compliance
• Research and stay informed on social media trends and inform management of any changes relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Support and enrich the company culture by ensuring that all communications from the company to clients are consistent with corporate image, goals, and objectives; branding is consistent with company’s mission and position statements.
• Manage RFP Opportunities, which may include researching as well as writing and submitting.
• Serve in the role, as needed, of official company spokesperson for media and other external audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to coordinate the creation of high-impact creative elements, including emails, videos, websites, presentations, graphics, s, whitepapers and newsletters.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A passion for interior design
• Has a history of growing audiences and brand awareness through social media & advertising
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in social advertising
• Must be fluent in social media with hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends.

• Have excellent communication skills including writing, editing, SEO, storytelling and presentation ability with a strong sense of who the segment audience is and how to give them content that will appeal to them.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media for brands
• Understanding of social media analytics and applying data to create strategies
• Ability to tie social media initiatives to business objectives
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Competent with networking tools, such as Canva and others
• Proficient in using Adobe Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
