About The Role

As the Merchandise Coordinator for ALH Hotels, you will support our commercial beverages team with managing the Sysnet and Order & Pay databases. Maintaining the product setup, mapping process, migration and the maintenance of sales specials across all customer channels, and management of service desk tickets.

You’ll Also

• Be responsible for ongoing coordination of activities in the system (Sysnet and Order & Pay) including offers, promotions, pricing, range and menu changes and testing.
• Manage National promotional information and allocations across teams and venues, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure open dialogue and efficient on-time delivery of national and targeted promotional activities.
• Assist with building end to end frameworks to support new and existing hotel teams to be able to operate with agility and request changes.
• Maintain database integrity across all platforms and troubleshoot any issues at venue level manually as required.
• Sysnet system administration including building and maintaining database integrity (eg. product pricing calculations within pricing model framework, inventory data and ranging to hotels).
• Assist and maintain processes for Order & Pay requirements on a recurring & ad hoc basis
• Coordinate with team to support system or database related processes
• Coordinate with finance team to support system or database related processes
• Seek out ways to improve, share those ideas with the team by role modelling our values and ways of working.

About You

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the Merchandise function further who has a passion for and knowledge of the hospitality and drinks industry.

In Order To Succeed, You’ll Need

• The ability to deliver timely and effective communication with the broader team and supplier networks.
• Meet service desk and range change Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills is essential.
• Knowledge of Sysnet stock system and Hospitality Order & Pay system preferred
• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing is desirable.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude, with a helpful and supportive approach to working together.
