Recruitment Consultant

Algo Capital Academy is recruiting 2-3 Recruitment Consultants in London. We are looking for candidates with 1-8 years experience in recruitment or sales to be a key part of the business and work on key recruitment search projects, speaking to senior candidates, we work with global clients in the US, UK in the trading industry, working with the world’s most reputable companies: hedge funds, proprietary trading, asset managers, private equity, family offices, and financial technology companies, within Trading, Technology, Quantitative, Machine Learning.

Experience.

• Recruitment or sales experience or a bachelor’s in Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-related sectors.
• The ideal candidate will have an understanding and passion for the industry.
• Resilience and ambition.
• Excellent presentation/phone skills.
• Excellent writing, analytical skills.
• Microsoft skills excel, word, PowerPoint. Tech-savvy can work with various technologies.
• Understand the principles of data, analytics and how that drives business.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle juggling various tasks.
