DEPARTMENT
Alfred Health People & Culture is responsible for the overall delivery of numerous services to the organisation. People and Culture incorporate HR Services & Employee Experience, Organisational Development, Redesigning Care and Learning and Innovation.
The operational component of Human Resources is located in the Human Resources Services and Employee Experience Department of the People and Culture Directorate. The HR Services Department includes Employee Relations Services, HR Information Systems –Improvement and Reporting Services, OH&S Services, Recruitment and Onboarding and HR Business Partnering. This operational department is responsible for providing day to day HR advice and services on a range of issues, including workforce planning, policy interpretation, legislative compliance about industrial agreements, advising employees on pay and conditions of employment, supporting managers with performance management advice, end-to-end attraction of talent and recruitment services, retention initiatives and general HR advice to employees and managers alike.
We provide operational support for the three sites of Alfred Health – The Alfred, Caulfield Hospital and Sandringham
POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, Human Resources, HR Department Office HR Department Projects and HR Leadership Team. Ensure the Human Resources Department Office is managed in an efficient and professional manner in keeping with an operational department of this standing in Alfred Health,
