The Alexander Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer for our client located near Billerica, MA. The IT Support Engineer will work closely with the Application Engineer. This will be a hybrid opportunity that requires some onsite work. Communication and articulation skills must be exceptional.

Desired skills:

Basic Server exposure

Basic SQL

Network knowledge – routers, switches, controls

Software troubleshooting experience

Some SharePoint experience nice to have

Office 365

Active Directory

Exchange

Good phone support – remote support

Also deskside support and break fix work
